SAP- THE SULPHURIC ACID PLANT COMPRISE OF 3 LINES, PRODUCING
4.63 MILLION TON OF Sulphuric acid annually. In the sap plant
sulphur is converted to produce sulphuric acid, which is primarily
used in the phosphoric acid production. As a byproduct steam
is generated and used to generate power using turbo generators
PAP
PAP- In the phosphoric acid plant phosphate rock is reacted
with sulphuric acid to produce phosphoric acid and gypsum as
a byproduct. The plant consists of 3 lines and the total annual
production is 1.4 million ton P2O5
DAP
DAP- In the di Ammonium phosphate is reacted with Ammonia
to produce DAP Fertilizer. The DAP plant consists of 4 lines
with a total annual production of 2.9 million of DAP
PRODUCT
HANDLING DEPARTMENT
Production handling department support operation plant for loading
/ unloading raw material and product material in & out the
MPC. Loading of phosphoric Acid & sulphuric Acid will use
tanker and rail wagon
