- Handle the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan as per the client    requirement
- Efficiently and effectively participation in recruitment
- Conduct regular follow up with Client to determine the effectiveness of    recruiting plans and implementation
- Utilize the internet for recruitment
- Post positions to appropriate internet sources
- 1 year experience in the similar field

- Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues
- Utilize the internet for recruitment
- Post positions to appropriate internet sources
- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
- Candidate should be Graduate with minimum 2years experience MBA will be preferred
